Sports performance training is becoming a necessity for athletes that want to excel. It’s no longer “good enough” to just be talented — athletes must be strong, fast, powerful and mobile to get ahead of the competition. One of the biggest things with today’s youth is their exposure to play. 20-30 years ago, kids would get home from school and be outside running around playing with their friends until night fall came, that is not true of most children today. Instead, they live in front of a TV or phone screen playing virtual games, not only are their physical abilities not being developed, they are actually getting worse from sitting all day!

Our Training philosophy

All of our programs are designed to help athletes achieve tangible results and are continuously updated with the help of renowned sports performance coaches whose backgrounds include coaching numerous elite and professional athletes, collegiate national champions, and All-Americans. Our programs are scientifically designed to improve speed, power, and agility – the three pillars of athleticism. Each athlete has a general program in which all humans need to optimize physical abilities. Then we focus on the individual problems of each athlete and develop customized tailored programs to ensure success. New or untrained athletes don’t need endless time in the gym lifting weights, running miles on end or doing of bunch of grunt work that just gets them tired. This is a very old school thought with old school results. We are here to optimize the human body through specific power output tests, measurable performance marks, using metric measuring tools to optimize the training environment for your child. Most coaches are teaching what they learned from their coach back in 1970/80, who was probably not a nationally certified strength and conditioning coach, training nationally ranked athletes in various sports! The bottom line is your children are not being taught the proper mechanics of movement. A good rep has nothing to do with how much weight you can move. You need to be able to move perfectly with no weight in a controlled environment. Once that is achieved we can add other variables like weight, speed, balance and fatigue in to the mix but only if they can handle it and still move well. Training in a fatigued state with bad mechanics is like driving a race car with no tires and a blown transmission, it has the ability to be fast but will never reach its potential because there are pieces of the car that are neglected and not working inevitably leading to injury or breakdown.

It is proven that an athlete with a highly skilled Strength & Conditioning Coach will be better in every aspect of life. The way they move, the way they feel, the way they look, the way they perform, the way they think! If they can handle my training program then they can definitely pass that math test! We are also preparing them for the long run, the difference could be your child gets a scholarship to college vs just making the team. It will also make them bulletproof on the field, we see time and time again strong high school and collegiate athletes but never took the time to strengthen joints and ligaments so they blow their knees out before they even reach their potential! We will deliver real results documenting % changes in your athlete’s power, speed and strength. It is not uncommon to see significant results in as little as 8 weeks!

The Evolution Youth Training Package

This package includes (16) 75 Minute sessions. We have found that 2x a week for 8 Weeks is ideal. The training package consists of Sport Specific Training, Balance, Coordination, Mobility, Joint and Tendon Preparation, Functional Movement Patterns, Athlete/Mind/Body/Sport Connection, Plyometric and Explosive Power Production, VO2 Max, Endurance Work and more!


1 Athlete = $90 per session ($1,440 total)
2 Athletes = $70 per session / child ($2,240 total)
3 Athletes = $60 per session / child ($2,880 total)

*Athletes don’t have to be related, youth athletes tend to be more involved and perform better with peers just based on the fact that there is natural competition in the environment.
